Built around scratch-made cooking and a welcoming, plant-accented space, Salt & Olive brings together relaxed service, polished plates, and a menu that invites you to stay awhile. Guests can choose between the main dining area, where the original menu features house-made Italian staples, and The Back Room, a reservation-only experience centered on chef-driven dishes and charcoal grill selections. Handmade pasta, wood-fired pizza, and fresh gelato anchor the menu, while the atmosphere keeps things social, easygoing, and suited for everything from casual plans to more considered nights out.

In our main space, walk-in guests can enjoy our original Salt and Olive menu - featuring classic, house-made Italian dishes served in a warm, inviting setting.For a more elevated experience, The Back Room is available by reservation only, Wednesday through Sunday from 4 PM to 10 PM. This exclusive menu highlights chef-driven specialties and selections from our charcoal grill, with a focus on seasonal ingredients and refined flavors.

Inspired by Southern Italy, our name pays tribute to two essentials of the Mediterranean table-salt, the universal flavor enhancer, and the olive, a symbol of heritage, generosity, and resilience.
